Job Description:
BMF is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Precision Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join and guide our growing team. You will play a key role in advancing our applications expertise, pushing the boundaries of ceramic and polymer 3D printing materials, and ensuring that all production and application development efforts meet the rigorous standards required for a precision manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on technical execution, materials understanding, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant results.
