Job description

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Marketing Strategist who owns work end-to-end. You'll run campaigns, produce dealer-facingcontent, drive earned media, and report results — without requiring leadership to fill strategic gaps. This is a leanteam with direct executive visibility.

The right person is a strong independent operator who uses AI tools with genuine fluency and editorial judgment. Work delivered to the Director of Brand is reviewed, not drafted.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Multi-channel campaigns: paid social, Google Ads,geofencing, display
  • Dealer-facing collateral: landing pages, video brochures,one-pagers
  • Social media strategy and content production across all channels
  • LinkedIn content for partner and executive audiences
  • Pitch decks and executive presentations
  • PR and earned media: story pitching, outlet relationships, event coverage
  • Ad spend management and performance reporting
  • Campaign trackers and dashboards in executive-ready formats
  • Regional marketing calendars aligned to dealer activation schedules

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A track record of owning campaigns and content end-to-end, from brief through reporting
  • Strong editorial judgment — you write well, recognize when writing is off, and fix it
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in a creative/marketing context, including the judgment to know when output isn't ready
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and marketing analytics
  • The ability to produce final-quality work independently and consistently
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field; familiarity with HubSpot, Google Data Studio, or similar

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 days: Final-quality deliverables without foundational revision cycles. Brand voice applied without direction.
  • 60 days: At least one campaign running end-to-end. An earned media opportunity identified and pursued independently.
  • 90 days: A net contributor to the team's output, not a draw on leadership's time.

TO APPLY

Send your resume and portfolio or work samples, plus a short response (200 words or fewer):

"Describe a piece of marketing work you owned end-to-end. What was the brief, what did you produce, and what would youdo differently?"
