Job description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Full-time positions available
Melt/Rough Clean and Dip/Dewax have a sign-on bonus available up to $5,000!
Wax and Finishing have a sign-on bonus available up to $2,500!
Day shift- 6:00 am- 6:00 pm on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Night shift- 6:00 pm- 6:00 am on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule
The starting wage depends on experience + applicable shift premiums
Dependable and reliable attendance is required for all positions
Available Positions
- Wax Technician: Responsible for assembling the wax molds to prepare them for the next step in the manufacturing process
- Dip/Dewax Technician: Responsible for coordinating the dipping of wax patterns into the ceramic slurry to develop the shell coat and then evaluating the wax from the mold
- Melt/Rough Clean Technician: Responsible for converting parts into metal by transferring liquid metals into molds and then removing the ceramic mold from the parts.
- Finishing Technician: Responsible for ensuring the parts are defect-free, meet customer specifications, and are shipped to the customer.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or HSED/GED equivalent preferred. Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Protective Clothing/Equipment Required
Safety glasses and safety shoes must be worn in all manufacturing areas. Additional PPE may be required as needed.
