Job Summary
The East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) is seeking a skilled and passionate Ceramics Coach that enhances student learning and supports instructional excellence by bringing professional expertise, specialized ceramic techniques, and real-world creative practices into the high school Visual Arts program. This coaching position complements and extends the classroom teacher's instruction, engaging students in advanced skill development, technical mastery, and creative exploration in the ceramic arts. Through demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative projects, the Ceramics Coach provides students with hands-on experience in specialized ceramic processes, fostering deeper understanding of material science, craftsmanship, design, and artistic expression.
