What You’ll Bring:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Certificate from a U.S.-accredited Orthodontic Residency Program

• Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A patient-centered mindset and commitment to excellence

What You Will Do:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents

• Perform routine cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments

• Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities and developmental concerns

• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure a positive, child-friendly experience

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
