Job description

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they
are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to
perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility.
Primary Job Functions
This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
  1. Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
  2. Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
  3. Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
  4. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
  5. Fabrication, welding, electrical, plumbing,
  6. Understanding recycling principals
  7. Operate various PIV sit-down center rider
  8. Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
  9. Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and Follow procedures.

This section describes the secondary responsibilities that this job performs.
  1. Maintain reliable attendance.
  2. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
  3. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications
Education:
  • High School, Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
  • 3+ Years Maintenance experience
