What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department

  • Review jobs and tickets with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements

  • Coordinate with Dispatch to maximize productivity

  • Ensure technicians are fully equipped with tools, parts, and materials
