Roles & Responsibilities

Centerra looking for motivated and result oriented member to be part the growing team.

Job Description:

· Contribute to System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing of new solution and features per the operational needs

· Build the Solution lab with Routers and switches from Juniper/Cisco and collaborate with architecture and development teams to enhance the test bed per the needs

· Review and contribute to Product solution design document, Deployment guide and other customer facing documents

· Define and enhance the Cloud service delivery processes for new customers. Work with cross functional global teams in adaptation and implementation of defined processes

· Work closely with product management, solutions architects, development teams and contribute to product feature requirement definitions and reviews

· Contribute to system enhancement requirement prioritization, new feature validation and user acceptance testing. Actively participate in bug resolution efforts and product improvements

· Support beta customer and test solution support programs from an operations standpoint

· Perform new service delivery customer support and provisioning before production launch.

· Work with Network operations center and customers on issue resolution

Skills Required:

· Very strong testing back ground at System or Solution level or Technical Marketing background in Routing and Switching, Cloud Computing, Interconnection services

· Strong presentation skills, organizational abilities

· Excellent teamwork and people skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals

· Flexibility and openness to change

Qualifications & Experience:

· Masters with 7+ years or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business, with 9+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Routing and Switching, Could Computing technologies

· Extensive understanding of Routing/Switching protocols and Service provider technologies

· Networking Certifications such as Cisco CCIE (R&S, Data Center) CCNP, Juniper JNCP or higher is highly desirable

· Experience testing features, products and solution validation before the customer release

· Prior Network Operations Center, Network Engineering or Advanced Services experience

· Experience driving operational improvements on systems such as network management, alarm management, auto-provisioning systems preferred

· Experience handling customer issues, troubleshooting and resolution follow-up

· Good understanding of Software Defined Networking or Cloud computing technologies and associated network services is a plus

· Understanding of Automation architecture, hands on experience developing scripts and automation in networking domain desirable
