Job description

Technical Project Manager

Location: Must be local to South Florida

Duration: 6 months

Baptist is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Censitrac (Surgical Instrument Tracking) across multiple hospital sites. This role requires hands-on workflow understanding, strong coordination with clinical and technical teams, and the ability to manage on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Censitrac across designated hospital locations.
  • Assess and document current surgical instrument workflows and identify process gaps.
  • Coordinate integration efforts between existing systems and Censitrac, ensuring seamless data and operational flow.
  • Partner with project leaders, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and resolve issues.
  • Oversee on-site activities including validation, testing, and user support during rollout.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing Censitrac or similar surgical instrument tracking systems.
