CenCore Group strives to be the trusted and primary source for insight, analysis, and implementation of physical and digital security solutions associated with the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the NatSec space. We are seeking a qualified Technical Communication Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance to join our dedicated team. Job Summary:

The ideal candidate excels at translating complex technical content into clear, actionable formats for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and lifecycle management of technical documentation supporting secure data center operations. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and security teams to gather technical information and translate it into professional documents. • Ensure all content complies with federal regulations (e.g., NISPOM, ICD 705, DFARS, CMMC) and internal security protocols. • Manage internal communication channels and support preparation of presentations, manuals, handbooks, and compliance submissions. • Develop templates and standards to ensure consistency across all technical and policy documentation. • Review, edit, and approve communications for clarity, accuracy, and classification control. • Train staff on proper documentation practices and controlled communications within classified environments. • Serve as the liaison with government customers for documentation-related deliverables and audits. Qualifications: • Active Top Secret security clearance. • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or communications in a cleared or technical environment. • Strong understanding of federal and DoD documentation standards, including security markings and data classification rules. • Experience with SOP development, technical manuals, security documentation, and controlled unclassified information (CUI). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience working within classified data center or defense/IC environments. • Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document control systems. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-security, fast-paced environment.
