Description CenCore is seeking a Project Manager to support secure government operations in Arlington, VA. This position will initially and primarily assist with Alarm Monitoring at the Pentagon, while also supporting broader cross-program coordination needs, including GEO SPI as a key secondary program, as the employee is cross-trained across multiple CenCore programs over the course of their employment. The ideal candidate is organized, mission-focused, and able to coordinate operational priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to evolving program requirements in a secure environment. Key Responsibilities * Support project management and operational coordination for secure government programs, with an initial focus on Alarm Monitoring at the Pentagon.
* Coordinate with CenCore leadership, customer representatives, site personnel, and internal teams to support day-to-day program needs and mission continuity.
* Assist with alarm monitoring workflows, reporting, issue tracking, communications, and related operational documentation.
* Participate in cross-training across additional programs, including GEO SPI, to build familiarity with CenCore processes, customer requirements, and operational support expectations.
* Track program milestones, tasks, deliverables, risks, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion and clear accountability.
* Prepare and maintain clear reports, logs, meeting notes, status updates, and other documentation as required.
* Support process improvement efforts by identifying gaps, communicating concerns, and helping implement practical solutions.
* Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail while working in secure government environments.
