Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis response strategies.
  • Completing necessary documentation promptly to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as part of your collaborative work with the clinical team.
  • Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Engaging in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to community service standards.
  • Building and maintaining relationships as a liaison to various service systems and community partners when necessary.
  • Facilitating effective communication to uphold contract standards while promoting the overarching mission of the agency.
  • Exploring and establishing alliances with local, state, and federal organizations to enrich our programs and identify new opportunities for funding and partnership.
  • Actively pursuing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise through conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.
  • Advocating for and integrating the clinicโ€™s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • An independent LPCC license, active and recognized within the state of California.
