Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Intake of customer orders via email or phone
  • Daily inventorying of all plants in territory
  • Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff
  • Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites
  • Daily communication with trucking companies in territory
  • Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies
  • Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries
  • Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)
  • Movements of materials to secondary processors
  • Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities
  • Sample management and data entry

Job Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Team player, good intrapersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task with several simultaneous accounts/orders
  • Self-motivated, proactive and task oriented
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is preferred
  • Previous experience with logistics, trucking, order fulfillment or other similar industries are preferred
  • Previous experience in Salesforce is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
