Job description

Cellular Therapy RN Navigator

Location: Gainesville, FL

Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: Days (Mondayโ€“Friday)

She Recruits is seeking an experienced RN to join a brand-new Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) unit as the Cellular Therapy RN Navigator. This role is pivotal in supporting patients undergoing immune effector cell therapies such as CAR-T, managing care coordination, and ensuring alignment with the latest protocols and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource to the multidisciplinary team regarding transplant and cellular therapy care
  • Coordinate telemedicine conferences involving physicians and patients
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers
  • Champion best practices and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in formal training on transplant protocols, FACT standards, and CIBMTR processes
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience preferred (1โ€“2 years may be considered)
  • RN license in Florida or active multistate license required
  • BLS certification required
  • BMTCN, OCN, BSN, or MSN required within 2 years of hire
  • Strongly prefer candidates with direct experience in TCT, BMT, or hematologic oncology
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $30โ€“ $45 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance offered case-by-case
