- Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with cello pedagogy methods including Suzuki and traditional approaches, and common challenges such as intonation accuracy, bow control, and shifting between positions. Adapts instruction using etude books, scale studies, and repertoire matched to student level to support learners from beginners through advanced cellists preparing for youth orchestra auditions, competitions, and conservatory programs.
- Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
