Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
Responsibilities
As Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
