To thrive as a Cell Site Analyst, you need a strong background in telecommunications, data analysis, and often a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with cellular network analysis tools, mapping software (like ArcGIS), and knowledge of call data record (CDR) analysis are typically required.
