## Description**Testing and Aftercare Coordinator — Remote (Structured Schedule)****Position Description:****Essential Functions:*** Notify employees and/or clients of testing requirements in a timely manner, including random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, follow-up and return-to-duty testing.* Accurately track and document all testing activity, results, and compliance requirements in designated systems.* Monitor aftercare and follow-up testing plans to ensure adherence to prescribed schedules and program requirements.* Serve as a liaison between employees, clients, collection sites, laboratories, and Medical Review Officers (MROs).* Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and medical information in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy.* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and client-specific testing regulations (e.g., DOT, non-DOT programs).* Identify and escalate non-compliance, missed tests, or program concerns to appropriate stakeholders.* Provide clear communication and guidance to employees and clients regarding testing procedures and aftercare expectations.* cases.**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a Human Service-related fields, preferred.**Work Environment:*** This position is a remote position that performs work from the assigned home location. Occasionally the remote position located in the state of Maryland may report to the corporate office to attend meetings or team functions, depending on the geographical location to the corporate office.
