Store Manager / Technician Hybrid

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair is hiring! We have a sales forward approach with consumer electronics with an incredible working environment and a world-class team that loves solving tough challenges, and a vision to change the world one device at a time. Our Store Managers are leaders responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of all day-to-day operations of the store.

As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing from your teammateโ€™s strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and reoccurring issues in the front, and the back end of the business. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.ย  Our managers also serve as technicians who are problem solvers specializing in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including Cell phones, Tablets, computers, laptops, game consoles and much more.

Respsibilities

ย store and management of employees including participating in job interviews.

โ€ข Scheduling all store staff to optimize coverage and productivity.

โ€ข Stay current on industry trends.

โ€ข Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices

โ€ข Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products

Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

Strong oral and written communication skills

โ€ข Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

โ€ข Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent

โ€ข Sales/developing and maintaining relationships with carrier employees.

โ€ข Ordering Parts and Supplies

โ€ข Oversee the appearance of store with special emphasis on retail area.

โ€ข Handles all customer service issues & escalations.

โ€ข Maintaining store filing system

โ€ข Facebook and other social media updates for the store

ย Qualification

ย โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent

โ€ข Previous retail sales experience

โ€ข Previous retail management experience

โ€ข Prior success recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining top talent.

โ€ข Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems, scheduling systems)

โ€ข Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.
