What you’ll do:

· Build strong relationships with the Project Team, project ownership team, and other stakeholders.

· Turn over projects Buffalo Ready and On Time.

· Drive project schedule, including day-to-day supervision of construction activities.

· Lead the charge in QA/QC according to plan drawings.

· Prepare and transmit via Procore various reports, i.e., daily reports, manpower counts, project status, photos, etc.

· Resolve issues and conflicts with Project Team and Vendor Partners.

· Walk the job site daily to inspect safety, quality, and progress.

· Oversee and enforce safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

· Assist with inventory control, receiving shipments, and organizing materials.

· Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.

· Perform light to moderate lifting and other physical tasks to support job site operations.

· Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

· Address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.

· At any given time, have to ability to work on a project anywhere in the continental United States


The qualifications we are seeking:

· 2-3 years or related experience in the restaurant, retail, fuel, and/or hotel construction sectors.

· Ability to read and interpret documents, such as construction site plans, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

· Clear writing and communication skills to create routine reports and correspondence.

· Effective public speaking skills to communicate with groups of customers or vendor partners.

· Procore experience is preferred.

· Complete daily field reports, scan receipts and submit digital pictures from a laptop, phone, and/or tablet.

· The ability to travel nationwide is a must.
