Are you energized by evaluating cutting edge technologies, surfacing what matters most for value creation, and turning ambiguity into data driven executive decisions and actionable business plans? Do you have the credibility to work effectively with senior executives within Microsoft and the companies we may acquire? We are looking for a Director Level Technical Program Manager who will sit at the intersection of engineering, risk and strategy with deep cross domain fluency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead large teams for complex, ambiguous, high stakes deals at speed.
As the Director, MAVS Technology & Product, you will:

* Lead large cross functional, matrixed teams across engineering, fianance, legal, security, compliance, and external partners.
* Operationalize AI first, repeatable processes that accelerate value realization and improve decision quality.
* Translate technical diligence into actionable integration strategies and executive ready insights.
* Shape how Microsoft evaluates, acquires, integrates, licenses, and scales external technologies in a rapidly evolving AI driven market.
MAVS Technology & Product (MAVS Tech) is the Engineering arm of Microsoft's Acquisition & Venture Success organization (MAVS), responsible for enabling and protecting Microsoft's strategic growth across acquisitions, divestitures, and data/IP transactions.

Use early AI driven insights to inform sequencing and execution strategy.
* Resolve Issues and Deliver Executive Ready Reporting : Convert complex technical signals into concise, decision ready narratives for senior leaders. Drive issue resolution across teams, track commitments, and maintain high quality communication throughout the deal lifecycle. Ensure consistent updates and alignment across business, engineering, and legal stakeholders.
* Enable Seamless Technical Integration Execution : Coordinate secure transfer of source code, data, environments, documentation, and tooling to receiving engineering teams. Support engineering onboarding to accelerate the team's time to productivity. Partner with MS Security and CELA to validate post close security posture and compliance readiness.
* Build Knowledge, Playbooks, and Best Practices : Capture lessons learned to strengthen MAVS Tech playbooks, paved paths, and integration frameworks. * Drive Innovation and AI Enabled Transformation : Champion AI first workflows that automate diligence, improve decision quality, and reduce cycle time.
