The Opportunity:

You will serve as a hands-on field leader driving concrete foundations, forming, and flatwork across residential and commercial sites. • Construct retaining walls, raised foundations, ADA ramps, and short concrete stair structures to exact plan specs.
  • Direct daily crew workflows on site, holding high quality standards while keeping projects on schedule.
  • Execute concrete finishing on smaller pours up to 200 square feet while managing larger crews on extensive pours.
  • Support the residential framing division as a cut man or framing hand when concrete scope is fully completed.
  • Review drawings accurately to execute precise site layouts and eliminate material or dimensional errors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a concrete foreman or lead on foundations, forming, and flatwork.
  • Proven ability to read project plans and lay out work independently on site.
  • Demonstrated experience constructing slab-on-grade, raised foundations, retaining walls, ramps, and stairs.
  • Practical hands-on ability to finish concrete on smaller pours.
  • General framing and carpentry knowledge including plumb and line, floor joists, ceiling joists, and wall framing.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for efficient crew leadership.
  • Prior experience executing curb and gutter concrete work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay cycle.
  • Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave).
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Program with employer matching.
  • Performance-based compensation model with bonus earning potential.
  • Company uniforms provided.
  • Regular company-sponsored events.
