Tissue Regeneration Specialist
Company: Organogenesis

Organogenesis' Advanced Wound Care division promotes a suite of products that are designed for the management and treatment of chronic and acute wounds in both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Why You Should Join Us
This is an individual contributor sales position, titled Tissue Regeneration Specialist. You'll cover the Cedar Rapids, IA area, responsible for selling Organogenesis' Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians and surgeons in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
As a TRS, you will:
  • Achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory.
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Conducting consultative sales producing calls
  • Utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge
  • Developing and following a solid territory business plan
  • Reporting sales related activities to upper management through a call reporting system
  • Selling product to physicians, surgeons, and support staff in hospital, office and clinics, and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where and when appropriate. .

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of med device sales experience (open to strong clinicals/WOCNs/PAs)
  • Documented track record of sales performance (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.)
  • Consultative sales experience/mentality
    • Proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Hunter mentality and abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, coachable, and a passion for helping patients
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • 4-year bachelor's degree

  • Base: $90K-$110K (depending on experience and geography)
    On-Target Earnings: Approximately $180K-$200K
