Job description

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $135000/Yearly | Full-Time

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:

#1. Must have a valid Drivers License

#2. Must have at least 10yrs of construction exp with at least 7yrs of Mgmt/Supervisory exp.

#3. Must have the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus.
  • 10+ years of related experience are preferred.
  • 7+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills are required.

Other Key Requirements:

  • 100% onsite, in-office role.
