About the job CDL-A Driver Paid Training for CDL School Graduates
Looking for a driving job with reliable miles, predictable home time, and modern equipment? Join a carrier that values professional drivers by providing consistent freight, competitive pay, and a straightforward work environment. Our primary operating area is throughout the eastern United States, and we never require drivers to deliver within New York City's five boroughs.
Compensation

  • Average weekly earnings: $1,300-$1,550
  • Top performers can earn $1,800+ per week
  • Typical weekly mileage ranges from 2,200 to 2,800 miles
  • Reliable 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home
Equipment & Driver Perks
  • Assigned truck-no sharing with other drivers
  • 2022 or newer automatic Kenworth and Freightliner tractors
  • Trucks equipped with APUs for greater comfort
  • Passenger and pet policy available from your first day
Freight Information
  • Dry van freight
  • No-touch loads
  • Approximately 70% drop-and-hook freight

Paid CDL Graduate Training
New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply.
Our paid over-the-road training program includes:
  • 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer

  • Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school
