Job description

OTR CDL-A Drivers Needed - Dry Van (Solo & Team)

We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van position hauling mostly USPS Government Mail across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
Pay Structure:
  • Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that.
  • Team drivers also earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles.
  • Most solo drivers average 3,000–3,200 miles per week, while teams typically run 5,000–6,000 miles.
  • The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, and payday is Friday. This is a 1099 position, with no escrow, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections.

Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter.

Home Time:
  • Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
