About the job CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver - Trainee Program
Secure your income with steady, year-round refrigerated freight. Fleet expansion now opens up immediate spots for Class A CDL drivers, as well as recent truck school graduates. Expect a solid $1,200 - $1,500 weekly average, consistent miles, and a clear, mileage-based career path up to $0.65 CPM with home time every other week. Paid on-the-job training ($900/week) is available for recent grads ready to jumpstart their career.
Pay & Bonuses

  • Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly gross.
  • Starting Mileage: $0.50 CPM up to $0.65 CPM based on experience.
  • Monthly Bonus: Up to an extra $0.06 CPM based on miles.
Home Time & Freight
  • Home Time: Home every other week for a full 48-hour home reset.
  • Weekly Miles: Consistent 1,700 - 2,200 miles per week.

Paid Company Training (For Trainees / Recent Grads)
