CDL Class A Team Drivers – OTR 53FT Dry Van

Job Description:
We are hiring established CDL Class A team drivers for FedEx Custom Critical operations. This position is designed for teams that want consistent opportunities, structured operations, and the ability to earn based on performance.

Our operation rewards teams that stay running, communicate well, and take dispatched loads.

Job Details:
• Team Position Only (2 drivers required)
• Equipment: 53FT Dry Van
• Freight Type: Drop and Hook, No-Touch Freight
• Operation: FedEx Custom Critical
• Route Type: Nationwide OTR
• Time Out: 3–4 weeks at a time

Compensation:
• 40% of linehaul revenue (team split)
• $1,000 weekly guarantee per driver (performance-based)
• Higher earnings on long-haul runs

General Benefits:
• Consistent access to freight for teams that stay available
• Structured dispatch operation
• Opportunity to maximize earnings based on performance

Travel:
• Travel required for OTR assignments
• Travel stipend provided
