Job description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our team in Dover, NH. This position is responsible for delivering electrical supplies and materials to customer job sites, industrial facilities, contractors, and commercial locations throughout the region.

Drivers will operate a 26-foot automatic box truck equipped with a liftgate and will spend approximately 90% of their workday making deliveries. Most routes are within a 2-hour radius, with occasional deliveries extending up to 3-4 hours from the branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who enjoys customer interaction, values safety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver materials to customer locations
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections using Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR)
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Follow delivery instructions and verify deliveries at customer locations
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries
  • Keep vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
