CDL-A Driver Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Driver to join one of our valued client partners. This opportunity is designed for professional drivers seeking competitive weekly earnings, dependable over-the-road freight, modern equipment, and consistent home time while operating within a well-supported transportation network. This position is ideal for safety-conscious drivers who value reliability, professionalism, and long-term career stability while hauling primarily refrigerated freight throughout the United States. HireNow Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations while maintaining safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries. Drivers will operate late-model automatic transmission Freightliner tractors and transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. Transportation Operations
  • Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules and customer expectations.
  • Operate over-the-road routes throughout assigned service territories.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Freight Responsibilities
  • Transport primarily no-touch refrigerated freight.
  • Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
  • Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmission tractors.
  • Support extended over-the-road runs lasting approximately two to three weeks.
