Job Details WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Oversee multiple AI engineering teams, ensuring effective execution and alignment with company goals
  • Mentor engineering managers and senior technical staff
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape engineering strategy and roadmap, including an ongoing agentic transformation
  • Manage large-scale, complex projects — prioritization, resourcing, risk management, on-time delivery
  • Drive technical innovation, especially in agentic loop engineering, and foster continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations as the engineering liaison
  • Build, scale, and mentor AI engineering talent and leadership pipelines
  • Establish and report on KPIs for engineering teams
  • Optimize workflows, tooling, and development processes using agile and DevOps best practices
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership (director/senior manager level)
  • Track record leading multiple teams on complex, high-impact projects
  • Strong background in systems architecture and cloud technologies
  • Experience with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
