- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support modern platform capabilities for application and infrastructure services
- Assess risk, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and develop sustainable resolution strategies for critical production systems and large-scale infrastructure changes
- Establish and promote standards, blueprints, roadmaps, and best practices for platform architecture, automation, documentation, and operational excellence
- Stay current on emerging technologies, DevOps practices, cloud capabilities, and infrastructure automation trends to continuously evolve the hybrid cloud ecosystem

- 10+ years of broad IT infrastructure experience in medium to large enterprise environments
