What is a CCTV security officer?

CCTV Security Officers are professionals responsible for monitoring and operating closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to ensure the safety and security of people and property. They watch video feeds from security cameras, respond to suspicious activities, and notify law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed. Their duties may also include maintaining surveillance equipment, recording incidents, and writing reports. CCTV Security Officers often work in locations such as shopping centers, offices, public spaces, and transportation hubs, playing a crucial role in crime prevention and incident response.

These qualities ensure effective surveillance, quick response to incidents, and maintenance of safety in monitored environments.
