Do you have a current Texas Electrical License and a proven track record leading electrical crews?
This is your chance to join a respected contractor and take the lead on major commercial work in the Cleburne area. CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrician Foreman who’s ready to step in and run the show with safety, professionalism, and urgency.

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrical License (must be renewable and stay current)

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial electrical experience

  • Ability to lead and motivate a crew of 5+ electricians

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics

  • Experience overseeing conduit, panels, switchgear, cable tray, and terminations

  • Solid knowledge of NEC and safety practices

  • Must have hand tools, power tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual a plus
