About Premier Power Maintenance
Founded in 1985, Premier Power Maintenance provides high voltage specialty services including NETA testing, protection and control commissioning, life extension, and specialty construction services. The company operates across Safety Training, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, Preventative Maintenance, and Repair, with a focus on safe, dependable, uninterrupted power for customers.

Premier Power Maintenance is part of Group CBS. Based in Denton, Texas, Group CBS provides electrical equipment sales and service worldwide, serving low, medium, and high voltage power distribution customers with facilities in 23 states.

What you will do

Territory sales and relationship management
• Own sales and marketing performance for assigned territory and customers
• Support regional sales, marketing, and development plans
• Conduct sales outreach through phone, in person meetings, and other channels
• Identify market opportunities through research and planning
• Build and maintain customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and integrity
• Develop rapport and credibility with customers to foster long term partnerships
• Consistently follow through and follow up with customers
• Identify and reach decision makers through research and cold calling when needed

Customer experience and proposals
• Provide exemplary service throughout the full customer lifecycle
• Develop proposals and quotes based on customer requests and needs
• Gather customer information, document scope, research solutions, and align short and long term plans
• Support final report review and planning after project completion

Brand and industry presence
• Support marketing efforts that promote the brand and culture
• Participate in trade shows and professional organizations to present and promote the brand

• Familiarity with LV and MV switchgear, circuit breakers, and motor control centers
• Understanding of generation, transmission, and distribution concepts
• Familiarity with UPS systems, renewable energy, and emerging energy technologies
• Ability to sell technical services to customers ranging from novice to expert

Experience and education
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical industrial construction, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and or repair
• Electrical service sales experience with technical service background and testing industry knowledge preferred
• Basic knowledge of specialized equipment and diagnostic test techniques preferred, training provided

Work environment
• Work near live electrical substations in close but safe proximity
• Blend of office work, collaboration with the Region Operations Manager, remote work, and customer visits
• Some overnight travel required
• Willingness to take calls and travel outside normal business hours when needed

Other requirements
• Must pass pre employment background check, education verification, and motor vehicle report
• Must pass pre employment drug and alcohol test and comply with random testing
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to obtain company paid TWIC card, OSHA 10 or 30, MSHA, NFPA 70E, and CPR training
