Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Sales, this senior sales position is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with leading EPC firms, identifying and winning large turnkey projects, and positioning Group CBS’s full portfolio of electrical power distribution solutions as critical value-add components that improve project reliability, reduce risk, accelerate schedules, and deliver long-term performance. The successful candidate will combine deep EPCG market knowledge with consultative selling expertise to exceed revenue targets and establish Group CBS as a preferred partner in the EPCG ecosystem.

  • Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value opportunities: perform needs assessments, deliver technical and commercial presentations, coordinate proposals with internal engineering and operations teams, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.

  • Collaborate closely with Group CBS engineering, project management, manufacturing, field service, and nuclear teams to customize solutions that meet EPCG-specific requirements such as schedule compression, supply chain resilience, on-site installation and commissioning support, maintenance partnerships, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including framework agreements, preferred supplier programs, and follow-on project work.

  • Monitor EPCG industry trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines (via IIR, Zoom Info, industry databases, and events) to position Group CBS early in the bid process and anticipate client needs.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through new business development and account growth, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent Group CBS at key industry conferences, trade shows, EPC forums, and networking events to increase visibility and generate high-quality leads.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting within Salesforce.com CRM system; track and optimize key metrics including win rate, average deal size, and sales cycle duration.

  • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to EPCG clients, offering insights on electrical power system reliability, procurement best practices, risk mitigation, safety solutions, and innovative life-extension applications of Group CBS products and services.
