About the Role:

We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Budtender to provide outstanding customer service and expertly guide customers through their purchasing journey. This role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills to maintain a professional, well-stocked, and welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome all customers.

  • Guide customers through the product selection and offer personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

  • Educate customers on various cannabis strains, their medicinal applications, and different consumption methods.

  • Stay current on the latest products, industry trends, and all relevant cannabis laws and regulations.

  • Accurately process transactions using the cash register.

  • Maintain store presentation by ensuring the retail area is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with merchandise.

  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.

  • Adhere strictly to all company safety and security protocols.

  • Perform additional duties assigned by the store manager to enhance store profitability, maximize customer satisfaction, and safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Must have a clean background without any felonies.

  • Reliable transportation is mandatory.
