CBD/Vape/Smoke shop seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Please keep in mind, we cater to individuals that are 21 years of age and older. Position pays $15 an hour during training.
We are hiring for the 6000 McKinney Ranch Parkway McKinney, TX 75070 location. Applicant must have reliable transportation. Applicant must be punctual.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
