Company Description

In 2014, growing hemp in this country became legal for the first time. That's the year we started. Most of the brands you've heard of showed up four years later for the Farm Bill rush, ran hard for a couple of years, and folded. We're twelve years in, still here, still growing.

Creating Better Days makes gummies, marshmallows, shots, seltzers, tinctures, tabs, and topicals in our own facility, not a co-packer's. Every lot is independently tested, and the COA goes out with it. That sounds like a compliance footnote. It's a sales tool. Half the buyers you'll talk to have been burned by a brand that couldn't produce paperwork, and handing it over on the first call is how you earn the second one.

For a rep, the range is the whole point. CBD, Delta-9, Delta-8, CBN, THC-A, full spectrum, microdose up to high potency, plus a pet line. That's a dozen reasons to call the same account instead of one. Add the white-label program, and you're not just moving jars; you're building somebody's brand for them and locking in the reorder.

We run Elite Training every week. The whole sales floor, in a room: product knowledge, objection handling, and what's actually working on the phones right now. Most companies in this category hand you a binder on day one and call that onboarding. Ours doesn't stop after week one, and it's the reason our reps get to a number instead of hoping they do.

We're a small company on purpose. Decisions get made in a hallway, not a quarterly review. Find something that works, and you'll be running it next week, not next year.

We're proud of the veterans on this team, and we strongly encourage more to apply. The reps who win here tend to have the habits the service builds: show up, take the coaching, keep going after a no.
