Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and student-focused Administrator/Principal to join our small rural school community. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong instructional leadership, the ability to build a positive school culture, and a commitment to equity and student achievement. Understands that authority rests with the Board as a whole; provides guidance to the Board to assist in decision-making; and provides leadership based on the direction of the Board as a whole.
About the District:
Tres Pinos Union Elementary School District is located approximately 6 miles south of Hollister, California. There is one school in the district serving approximately 50 students in grades TK-8. The district employs a staff of four certificated and three classified personnel. The district covers nearly 200 square miles, a large part of which is agricultural land with many residents owning or working on cattle ranches.
