Job description

Position Hours: 3rd Shift 5pm - 5am
Position Responsibilities:
  • Site inspections.
  • Problem solving.
  • Checking feed,
  • Checking fans.
  • Checking temperatures in houses.
  • Monitoring the farm and the birds at night.
  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Does not own or maintain routine contact with birds, swine, or cattle.
  • Bilingual would be a bonus.
  • Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birds

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Have the ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floors
  • The ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 pounds continuously throughout the day.
  • Should be comfortable working around moving machinery and working in a farm environment with very dusty conditions.
