Salary: $23.00 per hour

Brickyard Bulls, LLC is a growing registered Angus and Wagyu Seedstock and Beef Producer, and we are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits. Weekend work will be required based on ranch operations and seasonal demands.
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with Artificial Insemination, synchronization, and newborn calf care.
Provide daily animal care, including feeding, watering, health and wellness monitoring, mineral supplements, vaccinations, ear tags, and castrations.
Perform field work, including mowing, fence construction, cattle watering systems, and maintenance.
Must be able to work with team members and follow direction, assist other team members with ranch -related projects and operational needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cattle and cattle ranch operations.
Comfortable working with livestock and handling animals safely.
Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance, such as checking fluids, greasing of equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, such as heat, cold, and rain.
Basic computer skills, including data entry.
Ability to operate skid steer, excavator and other land clearing equipment, work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as required.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Punctuality and reliability are essential. Employees are expected to report to work on time, maintain consistent attendance, and be dependable in completing assigned responsibilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to the needs of a working ranch.
Benefits
Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per week.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Benefits available after 60 days of full-time employment.
Eight (8) paid holidays and 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 60 days of full-time employment.
