Description

HOME EVERY DAY 100% LOCAL ROUTES $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

If you're tired of being away from home, dealing with long hauls and unpredictable schedules, this might be exactly what you've been looking for. At NBX, you'll run local routes, sleep in your own bed everyday, and work for a company that actually treats you like a person - not a truck number.

We've been a family-owned operation since the 1990s. We don't micromanage, we maintain our equipment, and we pay well. It's that simple.

We're looking for a dependable night shift driver to haul cattle feed and commodities on consistent local routes around Nyssa.

Here's what you can count on:

Home every single day - no overnight trips

100% local routes - you'll know your area and your stops

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out over your first year

What the Job Looks Like

You'll be running consistent nightly routes hauling cattle feed and commodities to locations in the Nyssa area. No coast-to-coast surprises. No wondering where you'll be next week. Just steady, reliable work close to home.

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local overnight routes
  • Haul cattle feed and commodities to familiar, consistent stops
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections every shift
  • Hook and unhook trailers as needed
  • Work independently on overnight hours - dispatch support is always available
  • Keep accurate logs in compliance with DOT regulations

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Here's How It Pays Out

We spread it across your first year so it keeps coming:

  • $750 at 90 days
  • $1,250 at 6 months
  • $750 every 90 days after that until you hit $5,000
What's in It for You
  • Health, Vision & Dental - NBX picks up 85% of premiums for you and your family
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Night Shift Differential - $30/day commodity pay + annual night driver incentive (~$600/month extra in your pocket)
  • Weekend incentive pay
  • 401(k) - Traditional & Roth options; NBX matches 100% of your first 5% - that's free money
  • Life Insurance
  • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays
  • Equipment you can trust - clean, well-maintained rigs, an in-house fleet shop, and on-site fuel. You won't be nursing someone else's broken-down truck

What You'll Need to Bring
  • Valid Class A CDL with a current medical card
  • 2+ years of tractor/trailer experience
  • Comfortable driving manual transmissions
  • A clean driving record you're proud of
  • Must be 23 years or older (insurance requirement specific to night shift operations)
