Job description

JBS Carriers is a leading multi-state and regional truckload carrier specializing in refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight, including live haul (cattle, hogs and poultry), tankers, container chassis and grain hoppers. We offer well-paying truck driving opportunities with daily home time. Check out our shuttle, local, and short-haul positions and see if we're in your area! Earn $60,000 -$70,000 per year!

Driver Pay Rates:
  • Paid by the Load: $200 per day minimum
  • Earn $60,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Orientation Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)
  • Detention pay
  • Breakdown pay

Benefits & Bonuses:
  • Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 days

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
  • $50 every week of your referred driver's first year

Work & Route
  • Pickups and Deliveries: Going to various chicken farms, picking up loads and bringing them into the Marshville plant
  • Days and Hours: 5 day work week. Shifts vary from Sunday-Thursday to Monday-Friday Weekend on call rotation with some Saturdays
  • Equipment: 2018 Kenworths; some slip-seat
  • Home nightly
  • This position will cross train with our Feed Haul position and assist as necessary.

CDL-A Live Haul Truck Driver Requirements:
  • At least 21 years old
  • CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
  • Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
