Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, web analytics, and audiovisual equipment is often required, along with credentials such as a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills set candidates apart, especially when supporting clergy and ministry staff.
