Full Time School Counselor - Espiritu Santo Catholic School

Espiritu Santo Catholic School provides a comprehensive school counseling program designed to meet the individual needs of students in every grade. Individual and whole group counseling techniques are used in conjunction with conferences with parents, faculty, and appropriate agencies to promote optimal conditions for personal growth of the individual students. Parents and students are encouraged to contact the school counselor when educational, personal, or social difficulty arise at home or at school and is interfering with the student's ability to work to his/her potential.

Position Details and Requirements

Full - time position

General hours: 7:30am -3:30pm

Qualifications: Preferred Masters in Counselor Education

Bachelors in early childhood, Elementary, or Middle School Education

Minimum of three years of successful, effective school counseling experience

Compassionate with the ability to integrate the Catholic faith into counseling students and parents

Mental Health Expertise

Guidance and Counseling K-12 certification

ESOL Endorsement

Competitive salary based on degree and experience. Eligible for health benefits, pension, 401K.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
