Job Description

As a Field Services Project Manager, you will play a key role within EXACOM's Field and Support team, managing both large and small customer projects from initial order through final handoff to longterm support. This role requires strong project leadership, handson technical skills, and the ability to work directly with customers both remotely and onsite. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Manager of Customer Support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support project installations

  • Average of 50% travel required

  • Collaborate remotely with customers to plan and define project details

  • Effectively plan, track, manage, and close multiple projects simultaneously

  • Provide customer training on EXACOM applications

  • Perform telecommunications wiring, hardware setup, and systems deployment

Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience

  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of IP networking and Windows based systems

  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and SQL Server

  • Working understanding of general telephony and communication equipment

  • Clean background check and valid driver's license

  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with public safety communications

  • Technical skills related to radio or telephone communication systems

  • Background in technical support or field engineering

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD
