Our Restaurant Customer Service/Catering/Hospitality Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing fast, friendly and accurate service, and hospitality to our guests. There are so many ways for your smile to make a great impression on our community! We are hiring immediately including seasoned professionals and students.

We are seeking to hire team members to assist with catering operations and delivery within our midtown area.

You will be trained on Chick-fil-A customer service and delivery standards and be able to work flexible shifts each week around your life or school schedule. Team members in this role will be given an awesome opportunity to assist with store operations, as well as delivering catering orders to our guests to keep you fully engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside team to develop relationships and execute Operational Excellence
  • Create goals and plans around increasing catering sales
  • Engage with daily plans to ensure execution of catering goals
  • Confirm, coordinate, and deliver catering orders to our guests to help us serve our community
