Warehouse Associate/ Class C CDL Driver (Part-Time). Pay-range: $20.00-$25.00 Per Hour South San Francisco Bay Area, CA


The Role

Are you an experienced Warehouse Worker / Class C CDL Driver who takes pride in organisation, safe driving and keeping operations running smoothly? Do you enjoy staying active, working as part of a close-knit team and making sure deliveries arrive safely and on time?


We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Class C CDL Driver to join our team in South San Francisco. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll split your time between warehouse duties and delivery driving, helping keep products moving efficiently while supporting a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for delivery
  • Receive, unload, and store warehouse stock
  • Carry out inventory checks and report discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely
  • Drive box trucks for deliveries as needed
  • Follow delivery routes, schedules, and safety procedures
  • Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
  • Complete logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation
  • Carry out basic vehicle checks and general upkeep
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members

You will need a skilled warehouse team-member, who can produce and deliver timely required assignments and who is capable to be successful in a team-work environment.


You will bring:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • A valid and clean CA driving licence
  • Safe driving habits and a strong work ethic
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Basic maths, reading, and computer skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask during busy service periods
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Forklift licence preferred
  • Experience driving 16ft or 26ft box trucks preferred
  • Lift materials, final products, and items packed for shipment or delivery
  • Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 10-15 lbs, occasionally lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50 lbs, rarely lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 100 lbs (with assistance) or using a hoist and stand for long hours
  • Able to work in different locations where needed.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety Rules.


This is an hourly post. Attendance will be required in line with the business requirements, including at weekends, holidays and in the early mornings as well as evenings, based on rotating scheduling.
