Seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Part-Time Catering Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating positive experiences for our catering customers by assisting with order preparation, maintaining high standards for product quality, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with catering orders, including answering questions, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations.
  • Order Preparation: Assist in preparing and packaging catering orders in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Follow food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness, product quality, and presentation in the catering department.
  • Inventory and Restocking: Monitor product levels and help restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring the work area is organized and well-stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other catering and deli team members to fulfill large or complex orders on time.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all catering orders, including order details and special instructions, to ensure a seamless process from order to delivery.
