Job description

At Chick-fil-A St Cloud, our mission is to be the heart and hands of our community, serving others first and producing smiles. Through the flexibility and mobility of our catering business, we are able to reach our community in ways our restaurant's dining room cannot. We view our catering team as an extension of our hospitable dining room attendants, cheerful front counter team members, and dedicated kitchen crew.

Our Catering Director oversees all catering business by graciously leading the team, preparing and fulfilling catering orders, making deliveries, interacting with guests, and more. When catering is complete for the day, responsibilities include assisting back of house/front of house to serve our guests during peak times. See more job responsibilities and requirements below.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the catering schedule with the catering team
  • Boost catering sales through local business outreach
  • Meet and exceed catering sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
  • Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
  • Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
  • Serve in Operations when not occupied fulfilling catering orders
  • Carry out our brand's \Core 4\ when interacting with guests

Requirements

  • 40-45 hours per week availability, evening and Saturdays included
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A and an understanding of Corporate purpose, mission, values
  • Clean Driving Record

  • Our expectation would be a two-year time commitment to this role.
